1. Production processcondition:

a. The problems feedback by PD, and the actions of the problems.

b. Production processimprovement.

c. Touch upimprovement.

2. Loss time (IE)analysis.

3. Others:

The work rules of IE

a. In the beginning ofevery day, must observe line; If OI is dirty or damaged, must change it intime.

b. If the actualoperation is not the same as OI, must modify it in one day.

c. We must check linespeed for two times per day, and keep line balance every time.

d. We need to solve theT/U problems, and improve our quality concept.

e. If production lineis not balance, not forget to deal with the problems.

f. We must deeply dealwith problems, and use the experience in other place.

g. We need the correctwork attitude, and often use the three main analysis ways.

h. It does certainlyneed us to reduce manpower and improve the product capacity.

i. When we are in line,we need “hear, look, ask”, and feed back the problems to managers in time.

j. The main goal ofwork is help PD, don’t cause any earful from other department.
