Main Responsibility :

- His or her task covers two main areas:

*Generating ideas together with his / her team. He / she

- collects, organizes, lists and prioritizes ideas, particularly in relation to returns on investment, and sets up series of modifications,

- organizes brainstorming working sessions by product and by function,

- prepares the budgets and cost modifications,

- plans the series of modifications, and suggests and monitors the allocation of resources.

*Modifications management (feasibility analysis, development, validations, production launch, budget follow-up). He / she :

- guarantees that modification management procedures are respected,

- is responsible for Q.C.D. objectives being reached in each series of modifications (feasibility analysis, development, validation, and that all information needed to obtain Customer approval is made available to the Sales Department). He / she is of course backed up by his / her entire team,

- monitors the results and presents them to the -30 Plan Committee

-Other tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time

Requirements:

1. 5 years experience in manufacturing company, and experience in Lean Production.

2. Familiar with factory and engineering Kaizen

3. Fluent in Japanese, can general English oral speak.

4. Good communication skill and can work under pressure
